Eligibility:
Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the radio station and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this competition.

Prize:
The prize for this competition is a pair of tickets to Electric Bay Festival. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone. If the winner does not answer the phone call after 2 attempts, a third and final attempt will be made. If the winner does not answer the third phone call, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The new winner will be notified by phone within 48 hours of the forfeit.
Claiming the Prize:
The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected at random. The prize will be sent to the winner’s address or made available for collection.
General Conditions:
The radio station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity. The radio station also reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, participants also agree to Endorse Radio capturing their data for marketing and communication purposes. The radio station will collect and process personal data of participants in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the competition, participants consent to such processing of their personal data.
